Please be inform that the upcoming grading will be held as follow:-

Time : 08.15am to 6.00pm
Venue : Yishun Sports Hall

Note: After grading the following lesson as usual.

The Serangoon CC No Class on 15th February 2010 (Monday).
Lesson resume on 22nd February 2010 (Monday).

Chua Chu Kang CC No Class on 16th February 2010 (Tuesday).
Lesson resume on 23rd February 2010 (Tuesday).

West Coast CC NO class on: 13th Feb 2010 (Saturday), 17th Feb 2010 (Wednesday) and 20th Feb 2010 (Saturday).
Lesson resume on 24th February 2010 (Wednesday) and 27th Feb 2010 (Saturday).

Note: All trainees are reminded to be PUNCTUAL on the Grading Day and are advised to IRON their Uniform before turning up for the Grading.

Groin Guards
Green Belt above has to get the groin guards themselves at any of sport shop.
Safety equipments, wear shin and forearm guards are optional, But the groin are compulsory for male candidates doing sparring during grading. They will not be allowed to take the grading if they do not have the groin guards.
Female candidates are encouraged to wear groin guards too. However, they are not mandatory. Dress Code grading, all lady must wear White T-shirt (inside the Gi).

Hi All

PLs inform them this Sunday be there @ Bishan park by 0645Hrs.
They provied you breakfast.
English style breakfast with two eggs and sausage.
Drink Milo with egg.
That park nearest to Bright Hill (opp SPC and Blk 220).
Not that one near to swimming pool.
Take bus from AMK interchange No.130 black plate.
You were be split up to two groups,some were play games with other.
So bring extra clothing and under wear!
It going to be wet wet wet!
Finish at about 1100Hrs.

NTUC DownTown East Pasir Ris

Hi Guys

Confirm that we have chalet at NTUC DownTown East Pasir Ris Training on 10th April 2009 to 12th April 2009.
You were be know the unit two day before that day (I will sms you all, sorry not me! The organizer will sms you all!!!! Guess Who!).
Pls confirm with her or email (impossible) or sms her.
She will organize game, training, swimming and night fishing for you all.

Celebration Valentin Day @ CC

sorry to disappoint readers but this post is not about valentine day celebration or wat. we will be holding extra sparring training on this particular day at 3.30pm (1530hr) sharp... all blue belts and above elite members are welcome to join... pls report to west coast cc on time with your lunch taken 2 hours before the commence of the training... pls bring along your own protective gears if you have any(mouth-piece, glove, fore-arm, shin, groin guards). we will provide the trunk protector for the training... if u dun have any protective gear pls avoid full contact sparring with ur opponent. u may borrow from your frenz if they wish to... brim along your own filled water bottle and ur dobok for the training. ( u may brim extra set of clothing cuz u will be sweating alot till ur under wear)

ps: instructors and helpers will not held responsible for any mishap or injuries happen during the training. pls come at yout own risk!

Poom to Dan

Members holding 1st poom may apply for their grade to be converted to 1st dan on reaching the age of 15.
2nd dan one year after they obtained their 1st dan.
And 3rd dan two years after they receive their 2nd dan.
They are encouraged to do so when the conversion is due as the next grade will be granted only when the time frame is met – for example, if a poom belt holder coverts his grade when he is 20 years old, he can only take his grading or convert his next grade when is 21.
